Ticket Management System (helpdesk)
You can use this ticket system as a helpdesk for users. Users can open new tickets and view his/her tickets. When there is a reply on a ticket the user will get an e-mail for notification. The admin can view all the tickets and can add a followup (reply) to a ticket.
This ticket system has an anti-spam image captcha, phpmailer for sending e-mails and login, registration included.
This ticket management system is built with the framework CodeIgniter. The zip package has CI included.
